Brickit
2020 ~
Brickit is 60 x 60 x 60mm plastic building blocks which can be assembled like Lego pieces. Being sturdy enough to be used as structural material and convenient enough to be assembled with bare hands, it could be used for many purposes such as interior decoration, sculpture, and furniture.
As a project coordinator for Brickit, I participated in overall project managing including planning, manufacture, sales, and promotion. Especially, I took charge of designing furniture with plastic bricks and supply chain management of the product.
Brickit was used in a number of interior design projects. Following are a few of them.
In May 2020, Brickit DIY furniture kit with which consumers can make their own furnitures in whatever sizes and shapes they want, was launched.
“브릭킷”은 레고처럼 누구나 쉽게 조립 가능하면서도 가구로 사용하기에도 손색없는 안정성을 지닌 60 x 60 x 60mm 단위의 플라스틱 브릭이다.
브릭킷을 활용하여 매장, 상업공간 및 가정용 각종 인테리어 솔루션을 설계 및 시공하였다.
2020년 5월에, 사용자가 원하는 형태로 자유롭게 조립하여 사용할 수 있는 DIY 가구키트를 출시 판매하였다.
